Porky`s in Alexandria

Took almost an hour and a half to get my food that was supposed to arrive 22-32 minutes. Also my chicken Alfredo pasta was burnt and tasted like it was sitting in the open for a day. Learn to deal with rush times. No reason for this. I always have a good experience at other dominos.

Pizza is always hot and fresh, never have had one issue, unlike at other chains locally. My only request is that they go back to fresh tomatoes instead of the canned ones I had as a topping last time, and that when they add spinach it is more than a couple leaves.

I get my dipping sauce 10% of the time. Once I never got my order and had to call to reorder. Do not order any kind of sauce here, because you will not get it. It's ridiculous.

Listened to a recording for 25 minutes before i finally hung up!

After waiting almost 2 hours for my pizza, it finally gets here. The driver is apologetic, however I still had to pay full price. Get inside to eat with family and the pizza is dry, and cold.... Won't be ordering with them again. I'm going to Papa John's instead... Horrible service guys.

I order domino's 2 - 3 times a week, as i travel often. I normally get my order within 30 minutes. This particular store really SUCKS when it comes to service. I've been waiting over 2 hours to receive my food. I've actually seen their employees goofing off in a convenience store while they are supposed to be delivering there orders. Not to mention their food is not to par.

Order a pizza @11 n pizza driver never showed up .This pizza place is a joke n the people who work 4 them..Bad 4 business .

Ordered some of the sandwiches, was not too impressed,hardly any meat on them. 45 minutes for sandwiches to be delivered 4 miles is too long.

They don't deliver to this area. This is so stupid. I ride the city bus, it will be cold once I get home with it. Your losing business to Pizza hut and Pappa John's when you don't deliver to this area. This is dumb. Your company is stupid.

Pizza great not a bad price. During this quarentine it has become a weekly ritual. We enjoy it. Staff wearing mask and using protection. Very friendly. I would recommend.

The pizza and wings are good. The service is acceptable.

Always use the any 2 for $5.99 each coupon! Can’t beat it and food is always fresh and good! We use both locations and each have great service!

I've never really had any REAL problems from this store. My last order I swear was PIZZA PERFECTION, and my brownie cookie was screamin for an ice cold glass of skim milk. I didn't think they where gonna make it in time with this order, (I ALWAYS check the time, I base my tips on it) but they made it. As I said on their site, my only regret with my last order was that I couldn't afford to tip more. I start at a certain amount, then subtract for every min they're late. With this store, I don't usually take away... js

Paid for a 2 litter and was told he would be right back with it and after waiting close to an hour I call to make sure they was still going to bring it wasn't trying to get the Delivery driver in trouble but now its a other hour and swear it i got lied to Twice. Its only a 3.00 2 liter but they got paid for it and then I got lied to

Bad attitudes and took forever and was rude about it taking forever

I would like to say first ty for having a beautiful city here, Now I would like to let someone know that being made wait 1.5 hours outside your bld is first off not good. On top of all that the pizza order was wrong. Wow, really can not get the basics done first...Thanks for making dinner a bad thing on my visit to your city. I can say I would not get pizza with you even if you was that last pizza place on this planet. I apologise for my anger, however 40.00 for 3 pizzas is kinda awful. Staff has issues and does not respect the customers.

Tried to give them another shot ordered my pizzas went and picked them up brought them home one was completely wrong called them and the girl asked what I had u told her and she said it would be another 14 bucks and I would get something for waiting after I already paid they wanted more money so I hung up drove up there and talked to one of them they made me another pizza 20 minutes later but we’re so rude like it was my fault they messed up. Do not recommend them.

I order 2 Sandwiches last night. People they was Garbage nasty. I’m never going there again.

This location is the best when it comes to speed and service. My only advice is to keep up the great job!

I got 2 very under-cooked pizzas in my last 3 visits. Not my first preference for Pizzas anymore.

Tonight is 9/22/2019. I called and made an order on which the lady Georgia (good job miss) answered the phone. The order would take 15 min....in which I got there around 10m When I got there a gentleman took my payment and told me to pull around because my order would be a few minutes. I waited for 10 min when a lady came and asked me in a dismissive way was I waiting on an order. I told her who I was and let her know I paid. She handed me my food and like 5 napkins when I asked. The way she did that was ugly. Poor communication and a dismissive attitude is what I get.

It took 40 minutes for the pizzas to get to my house from the time it said it was out for delivery,and I only live 10 minutes away! On top of that I ordered two medium pizzas,when they got here they were both cold AND they were smalls instead of a large. It will be a while until I order from Domino's again, if I do.
